Every Sunday morning, Sunday School Classes gather to study. learn and discuss. Classes begins at 9:45am.

The Psalmists

Ages 30+
Room 113
This class was designed for Chancel Choir Members and others who need to reach closure in their morning lesson in time to prepare for worship.  Discussion oriented, the class chooses varied curriculum.  Members may attend this class and retain membership in another class for social purposes.

Journey Class

Under 35
Room 122
This is class focuses on fellowship and discovering who we are and where God wants us!  This group is comprised of singles, young married couples and couples with small children.

Samuel

40+
Room 305
This class is comprised of a variety of people focusing on individual and family life targeted to both single and married adults.  This class utilizes discussion and study of the Bible and other texts to get to the heart of what matters.

John Mark

Ages 40+
Room 301   
The John Mark class is committed to in depth Bible study and supporting each other and the church through prayer.  This group is comprised of both singles and married couples.

Pathfinders

Parlor
The Pathfinders class is an extremely unique cless formed as a special outreach to Viet Nam veterans and families, with non-veterans also attending.  They enjoy topical studies and Bible studies at the discretion of their teacher and officers.  They are certainly a fun loving, active group.

Beacon

Ages 60+
Room 102
Made up of couples and singles, this is a warm class studying the Adult Bible Studies series from Cokesbury.  Individuals and couples are encouraged to come and take part in the discussion or simply listen.  Periodic social events are held at members’ homes or at other locations.  All are welcome to take part in this shining class.

Propheteers

Ages 60+
Room 101
This class is comprised of retired and semi-retired single and married adults who are extremely active within the church.  Attend this class for study and fellowship.  Their annual watermelon social is legendary.   Various teachers take turns leading this class through the Adult Bible Studies series from Cokesbury.

Inquirers

Ages 60+
Room 116
This class’s purpose is to discover, through lesson and discussion, “What one believes.”  The class continues this tradition by offering a Bible study for 4-6 months out of the year and bringing in outside speakers chosen by members.  This class is composed of both single and married adults.
